Dr. D. is known for training, coaching, developing, and mentoring others to excel beyond their wildest dreams; and is best known for her demeanors of courage and tenacity. As an evangelist, Dr. Banks has connected with audiences ranging from 10 to 20,000 plus in Seminars and Conferences. Her customized teachings empower diverse audiences and resonate long after the “mic” is turned off.

As the founder of YGODCAN and Yes God Can Ministries Inc., Dr. Banks once ministered weekly on Radio Broadcast airways touching the lives of more than 2.5 million listeners in Albuquerque, New Mexico; Asheville, North Carolina; Pensacola, Florida; and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Pennsylvania.
As a trendsetter, Mama D launched The Titus 2 Wives and Daughters Circle ministering to married professionals who struggled to balance their home, work, and church; by providing tips to inspire living happily ever after! In addition, she mentors pregnant teens and unwed mothers in career planning through resume writing and interviewing skills, parenting skills, and providing Biblical wisdom tips that empower women of all ethnicity to face today’s challenges.
Dr. Banks’ wisdom principles describe her as a “Modern Day Deborah.” Diana’s guiding principle is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.” Known as a trendsetter and a barrier breaker, resulting in the first woman to be appointed to the Church Of God In Christ, Inc., as the General Assembly Resolution Committee Chairman and to run for the office of General Assembly Vice Chairman in the 115 years old organization.
Dr. Banks was the recipient of many leadership awards and was named one of the 150 Influential Women In the Church Of God In Christ, Inc. She currently serves as an Associate Justice on the Church Of God In Christ, Inc., Judiciary Board as one of nine board members responsible for resolving Ecclesiastical and Constitutional disputes impacting the six million members worldwide organization.
Dr. D aka Mother Banks was recently emerited as the jurisdictional supervisor of the Maryland Central Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. Using biblical solutions and her wisdom experiences is now pursuing soul-winning as a talk show host, known as “ASK MAMA D.” Empowering men, women, boys, and girls to face the challenges of today, tomorrow, and the future with the Word of God.
